Go to winpkrapp.ws/register and fill in the three-step form — your name, Pakistani mobile number and date of birth, then a password, then tick the agreement checkboxes. A 6-digit OTP will be sent to your number by SMS. Enter it to verify your account and you are done. The entire WinPKRApp registration process takes under two minutes on any smartphone. On the login page tap "Forgot password?" and enter your registered Pakistani mobile number. WinPKRApp will send a reset PIN by SMS. Enter the PIN, choose a new password and confirm. No. WinPKRApp allows one account per person. Registering duplicate accounts — regardless of mobile number, email or device — is a breach of our Terms and Conditions and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed, with balances forfeited. If you have lost access to your existing account, contact support@winpkrapp.ws to recover it rather than opening a new one.

Yes, but it requires identity verification to prevent unauthorised changes. Log in to your current WinPKRApp account while you still have access to the old number, then contact support via live chat or email support@winpkrapp.ws to request the update. If you no longer have access to your old number, email support with your full name and any transaction details you can recall so the team can verify your identity manually.

Email support@winpkrapp.ws from your registered email address (or state your registered mobile number in the email) and request account closure. Withdraw any remaining real-money PKR balance before requesting closure. Bonus funds that have not completed their wagering requirements will be forfeited on closure. Deposits

Log in to WinPKRApp, go to your wallet and select Deposit. Choose your preferred method — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) or Visa/Mastercard — enter the amount in PKR and confirm. Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits typically reflect in your WinPKRApp wallet within 30 seconds. Bank transfers (IBFT) may take up to one working day.
